Complaint: Land Use
Opened November 1, 2022
Tent is placed directly in front of my apartment door at 6376 24th Ave NW, Apartment B1. I am a 22 year old female, who lives with another young female. We are both out of the apartment often when we're at work, and are concerned for our safety. I tend to get home late from my 2nd job, and I don't like being afraid to walk up to my front door to get inside.

HOUSING & POTA--per phone call--upstairs unit flooded. Complainant has 4 large industrial fans in unit to combat the moisture issues. The fans are making it difficult to sleep, as the apartment is only a one bedroom. They are unable to use the kitchen and the place is pretty much uninhabitable. There is mold growing and no ETA on the repairs being done. Is this legal and what are their rights as tenants?

PER ONLINE: We (building wide) have not received mail since at least 8/14/18, USPS says they cannot get into the building. Apartment manager Katie Conover says it's a broken call box, she claims to be waiting on a part, but it's been broken three weeks. This is the third time of week+ mail delays since I moved in (Feb 2015) because of building maintenance failures. I was also told by others that this has happened before I moved in.
