Transients in long-term burnt out vacant building. They have pried the back door open, and the plywood off the front window. There is clothing on the front porch. Complainant is also calling SPD.

Per online complaint, dated 10/28/2004: "the apartment that is at 6750 1/2 15th ave. n.w. is wired wrong,the outdated fusebox on the back porch of the house is not hooked up to the two boxes that are in the basement and they are also hooked up wrong in the apt. there are a number of code violations the place is not fire safe!"
