Per online complaint dated 2/14/2006: "Basement apartment in back is a 2 bedroom unit that has been rented for $800 a month since 1994 and earlier. Unit suffered water damage and landlord has not fixed the mold that has developed since then. Landlord made many improvements to unit in the last 12 years including putting in a kitchen and bathroom. I have seen all of this and will sign an affidavit if you need one to get a search warrant."
