Tree is overhanging the street and is making it very hard to make a right hand turn from NW 68th st to 35th Ave NW. I have asked the owner to trim it back and he has not.

There is a giant weeping willow that has grown so far out over and down to the road that anyone driving West on 68th St has to veer into the oncoming lane to go around it.
