Per Online; The owner of the neighboring apartment building, Pei Lee Apartments (6806 Oswego Place NE), installed a series of barbed and circular razor wire throughout our block. One length of it runs along a shared fence next to our outdoor patio area. The razor wire is hazardous and makes the neighborhood look terrible. It makes our patio look like it's next to a prison.
