Per online complaint dated 6/11/06- " Grease was dripping from filter in range hood - when the tenant removed to clean it - the filter said NOT FOR USE IN STOVES OR|RANGES - tenant asked landlord to replace - she said "no - put it back". I rent the downstairs out as an apartment. This is a single family house. Please send an inspector the landlord has told me to move out for complaining".
