Per Online;Cockroach infestation that has gone almost entirely unchecked for years (since 2014) with the exception of inconsistent drop in pest control seemingly only scheduled immediately prior to regulatory inspections that have only served to bolster the immunity of roaches making them more difficult/impossible to eradicate. ADA noncompliance with the doors including the broken ada door which Is main entrance into Brettler 3 for since I moved in which leaves me no way to safely enter or exit the building because I have impaired mobility and so does the blind lady next door. Also this place is crawling with cockroaches and they never finish the treatments. The grass has not been watered in years because they won't fix the sprinklers and it's a fire hazard.
