The property has been vacant for months. People have been dumping everything from garbage, electronic appliances and furnitures there. Accumulation of rotten, decaying garbage attracts rats and other disease-carrying creatures. There are kids in the neighborhood including us we have two little girls it's just not safe and pleasant.
