Per online complaint "I see there is not certificate of occupancy for this house and there is a family living on the ground floor that has been there for a couple of months at least. However, it is the garbage behind and the stalled completion of the building and the one just east of it that are really the problem"

Per online complaint: "Large amounts of garbage from these renters has been dumped all along the curb strip. There is an old torn up box spring, clothes, an old chicken coupe and several other garbage items. I am writing on behalf of several neighbors who own their homes on the 6800 Block of 20th Ave NE."
