The elevator at our apartment building has not been working since Wednesday morning (3 days ago). I have contacted the property management and submitted a maintenance request. The leasing agent told me the elevator just needs to be reset and that they have contacted the elevator company, however the elevator has still not been fixed. We have residents who are unable to use the stairs and are therefore not able to safely leave our floors.
