Cockroaches in unit. Complainant moved in Sept 14 and discovered mold and live/dead cockroaches in the unit. Compl very upset that the unit was rented to him before it was properly cleaned.

Ground water flooded this ground level unit the day before Halloween. Compl says the water level in the unit reached 1-2 feet high. Mgr removed most of the water and replaced the carpet and padding, but hasn't been back - and according to compl, won't be coming back - to deal with remaining water puddles, extensive mold growth, and crumbling walls in the unit.
