Per Online; Two new homes are being constructed at 6911 & 6915 55th Ave S.Their side yards do not comply with code.I have measured the south side yard at 6915 and I believe it measures only 42". Visually I believe the north side yard at 6911 is between 36" & 42". In any event, these do not comply with code. Please inspect and I would appreciate knowing what you find.
