tenant rights landlord asking me to pay high water bill - property mgr called about 1 month ago stating there was water running in one of the units discovered the toilet was running now they are giving me a bill for $11,000 in repair costs. I called SPU as instructed by the property mgr to ask if the amt can be forgiven as a one time courtesy they gave me your number.
