Per Online;I moved into this apartment on 21Oct2023.On 31Oct I filed a maintenance request asking for a door key. I have two doors in my unit and the one key I was given does not work on the second door. I didn't receive a response to my request so on 07Nov, I followed up with an email. The property manager replied on 07Nov and said they tried to contact me via phone. Fly infestation in trash room and my unit which is next to trash room.  The problem has been remedied yet I'm still not secure that those flies won't come back.  This property, Luna,  has had issues with cleanliness and emptying the garbage bins and in turn attract flies.  I can provide pictures of the flies in my unit and garbage room.   Also I specifically told management not to use aerosol fly traps ,  but they used Rescue Fly Bait specifically for outdoors and used it inside the complex . T
