Dear Sir or Madam:This is the second time I have written about a nuisance property (a citation was issued last time); the address is 6926 37th Ave SW; in the alley.The owner has an unpermitted garage apartment that he lets his 21 year old son (likely a drug addict) and friends live in.  They are currently using this unpermitted living space as a garage; there are 2-3 wrecked cars leaking oil.  In addition to noise (unmuffled cars and engine tuning) there are noticeable o

There are multiple smashed and inoperable cars parked in the back of the building. The building is a single family house that the owner rents out but his son lives in an illegal garage apartment. The cars are his or his friend's, not the renters.
