Next door, they are constructing 9 townhomes and have repeatedly gone beyond the 7pm noise threshold for residential construction. Last Friday evening, 4/17, they were running saws outdoors well into 9:30pm, and tonight they have been working as well past 9pm, making more noise than should be acceptable at this hour.
