Per online complaint: "In early March, our kitchen started flooding due to a roof leak. Water seeps through the wall every time it rains. After more than 8 notifications by phone, e-mail and written formal complaint, our landlord has yet to fix it. Mold is now growing through the paint and is not affected by bleach."
