The Intercom system allowing people to enter the exterior door to 700 Broadway E then my Apartment (Unit 115) has NEVER been accessible since I moved in 1/27/24. More correctly, the Apt manager   1)never enabled it 2)told me and my son it was `BROKEN' with no estimate available re: when it would be repaired, -3)ignored requests for updates, -4)when her Supervisor Allie Yeaw tried to connect my phone to intercom she (revealed it had NEVER been broken, that problem was my phone's OR area code s

6/30/17 DP Emailed the complainant about the photo policy and allowable hours. Received a photo showing SPU performing Impact work before 8am on Saturday.Did not find a active TNV, contact SDOT for ROW permit and did not find one.This is a violation and we will issue SPU a violation for allowable hours and impact noise.

At 700 Broadway E 98102 the back residential stairwell exit to outside is bolted shut and unusable, exit to parking garage is locked at night (exits outside during the day but at nigh the gate on the parking garage is shut and locked). This is the stairwell on the 10th Ave side of the building next to the bank (entrance and other stair is on the Broadway side). Owner indicated in would be fixed in "a couple weeks" but it has been 8 weeks now.

1. External Exhaust Vent sits 3 ft below my ADA apt Unit 115,on N. side, vents DIRECTLY into apt!! Odor noted 2.7.23(Sulfur, Burning/rancid smell) and  VISIBLE smoke vents Q5 minutes for 60-90 secs, blowing directly into apt (caught on video). 2 work orders 1 Manager request  sent  2.23.24- Gas company and  maintenance told me it was "just Mercaptan- no NH4 or CO.
