The elevator fails repeatedly.  It failed again today.  Mgmt has no estimated repair date.  Last time it was out for nearly a month.  This is a 6 story apartment bldg.  the most recent failure lasted about a MONTH.  This is convening for fire and EMS response as well as general welfare of people that now may have to climb 6 flights of stairs AGAIN with groceries, etc when the lease clearly shows the elevator is an amenity.  Reporting anonymously on behalf of a building tenant as we fear repri

I lived in this building for 3 years. I have tons of pictures of the insane amounts of mold I found while living there/moving out. I made complaints and they fell on deaf ears. There are other units that have mold as well, the building manager sent an email ment for an individual to the whole building.
