SR #24-00236862. Green low hanging shrubs and thorney plants are overgrown onto the sidewalk. This is blocking access to seniors and people using walkers, as the shrubs are blocking a part of the sidewalk and the public transit bus stop (king county metro stop #5402)

NOISE--per online--Very loud construction noises on the express ramp at the corner of 42nd and 7th Ave in U-District. There was no notice of this noise, and this is an area with primarily students. As this is the middle of the week, this noise is extremely disruptive to sleep. It is currently 12:53 AM and there is loud pounding and other mechanical construction noises right outside my building, making it impossible to sleep.
