CONSTRUCTION--per online--Apartment construction project on SE corner of 71st and Roosevelt Way NE is using an exorbitant amount of public space. 71st is closed on a daily basis and the west sidewalk of Roosevelt is closed on a willy nilly basis. Do they have permits for this? And if so what was the cost to the developer, RedHawk?

*per online* "The elevator in the building constantly breaks down and is dangerous. They refuse to pay money for a full fix of it, and instead have their handyman basically do a "duct tape" job each time. I believe it is only a matter of time before someone is trapped or the elevator crashes."
