Construction company has been running heavy machinery and large trucks well past the 7pm cutoff for such activities. As I write this complaint at about 8:20 they are still out there running a large truck and the equipment attached to it.

Per Online; The construction site is currently blocking the bike lane 24/7. There is no detour or signage provided. I was unable to find any permits allowing the site to block the right of way.

Construction site for 7001 took over sidewalk. No ADA accommodations in place for missing sidewalk, no instructions on detouring going south, puts people in danger of traffic. No safe crosswalk accessible to cross Roosevelt when traveling South at the blocked path.
