I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the move-out procedures with ScandiaVilla and how the move out procedures have been managed. I moved out of my apartment at ScandiaVilla in Seattle, WA on July 29, 2023. To date, I have not received my deposit return or overpayment for my apartment. copied from 8/1/14 online complaint:"Re: Permit 3016363 1. Equipment not placed on east of bldg. 2.Equipment cabinets/fan not placed east side of bldg. 3. Parking spaces being removed. 4. 7012 property disrupted by removal of rocks.5. Sterling wrote they would not disrupt our property. 6. Evidence authorized 1 to 5: not provided." #30422 states exact same thing.
