per email complaint dated 8-8-05 there is a severely overgrown hedge on this property. It is on the SE corner of 25th Ave NE and NE 70th Street. It is dangerous for cars to turn left or right onto 25th Ave. NE from NE 70th. The hedge covers approximately 50% of the sidewalk making it difficult for pedestrians to pass.
