Per Online; At a new construction site, there is ongoing noise from a very loud fan/blower very late at night. This continues from the previous day through the night to the next day and it is 6 feet from my bedroom window. The project manager is very slow to respond and I have had to ask them to shut off the fan multiple times in the past two weeks at night. I have a video and noise decibel measure of 60.1 at 9:30pm.
