Neighbor added a Rooster recently to their chicken collection. It's been making annoying noise early in the morning, and waking me up.Rooster continues to crow even later in the morning.They are violating the following.City ordinance 23.42.052 C.2 Roosters are not permitted.

online - Neighbor have constructed chicken farm on the property line, next to my driveway. Repeatedly asked them to move it, but they've ignored me. Chicken have been noisy, and smells bad in the summer. Seems they ignored city code 23.42.052, even after told them. Also no gutter on chicken shelter.
