PER CSB: Broken stair rail threatening to slide onto sidewalk below. And honestly the whole stairway is disintegrating and should be fixed up. The wooden railing one flight up has been knocked over for at least a year.

Owner has a tenant that has people living in the unit not on the lease. There was a shooting just recently, tenant wants to be put into another unit. Owner is not willing to do this as it may still be an issue. Wants to know how to move forward

Per Online; At 701 N 38th St in Fremont, the laundry room dryer exhaust is blocked up, venting back into the room instead, and there's plastic wrapping paper stuffed in the hole where the dryer is supposed to vent- causing a fire hazard.
