Can my landlord include a provision in my lease renewal for a unit I currently rent (upstairs unit in single family home) that requires me to sign a new move-in check list for an additional unit (downstairs unit)?I do not wish to take possession of the additional downstairs unit, only continue renting my upstairs unit.
