Elevator alarming - Ongoing issue with elevator alarming in the lobby. Light/Sound indicator is for communications (?). Occurence of over a month with mgmt having been notified several times and no actual acknowledgement that there is an issue, reassurance to residents, posting of elevator inspection, etc. Doors Stick/Hard to Open or Do Not Open at all - Every door in the building has some sort of issue.
