PER CSB COMPLAINT: So much junk (incl a Safeway shopping cart) is overflowing from their yard into and over the sidewalk. Every day is something new in the sidewalk. FYI...this happens to be the house that the (3) teens that armed robbed the 7-2 live with one of their drug addict parents.
