There is an advertised HOTEL being run out of this house, zoned for single family use.  It shows up on Hotels.com, Travelocity, etc.  There are 8-9 hotel rooms, and a constant traffic of people in and out.  We are long term renters in the downstairs unit, and we're not told about this.  It's is more than an Air BNb, as a private individual, non-owner is the person running g the business out of this house.  It is advertised as "Sweet Suites Capitol Hill"
