Landlord is requesting she sign an adendum stating she received a key fob that she never received, document also states she can be financially responsible if fob is not returned. Management is acknowledging she never receievd key, yet unwilling to change adendum. Without signature, they are forcing her to go on month to month with rent increase. Tenant rights.
