per online complaint: There is a large tree behind the house which looks like it may fall over into the alley. Tree has been in this condition for over 6 months. If the tree falls it will create a vehicle access problem and a hazard for people walking in the alley. The alley is between Ravenna Ave NE and 21st Ave NE
