Elevator has beenbroken for 18 months, the automated garage door has been broken for 2 months. Tenants have to raise and lower in order to get to and from apartment. 80 yr old elderly senior citizen is struggling with mobility and this has been extremely difficult.

Building elevator has been broken for the duration of 2023. There is only one elevator. This has created an undue hardship on multiple elderly and disabled residents. There has been no recompense or timeline given by building management.
