per CSB complaint: The fire hydrant in front of this address is hard to see because the occupants of the home fail to keep foliage under control. It also needs to be painted. Because of this condition there are vehicles parked in front of it all the time. In fact the rumor arond the block is that it is a out of service hydrant and therefore it is ok to park there. In short something needs to be done to make the hydrant more visible.
