I am a renter. T Square properties, the rental agency, asked to raise our rent 20% with 30 days notice. After we told them this was illegal they said it was a "typo" and asked to raise the rent 20% with 60 days notice, though this extends past our current lease. In addition, the house contains several code violations which would prelude such a dramatic rent hike.
