Mold found and when reported to management, they provided a mold pamphlet. No plan of treatment provided. Also, windows in unit do not open. What is the landlords responsibility and what are my rights?

There is a big hole located in the parking lot/area covered by a piece of plywood. The hole is for sewer repairs complainant said... but it's been there for about 47 days or more.
