Shrubs and a very low hanging tree branch are blocking the sidewalk on Fremont Ave alongside this property. I had great difficulty pushing a wheelchair there and not being hit by the tree branches

I manage the building next door 4512 Fremont Ave N and my tenants have reported several times that garbage is spilling out to the sidewalk including feminine products all over the place. Please assist us with making sure this building places garbage in containers and or bags and keeps it from the public view and off our sidewalk.
