I own the property at 711 Summit Ave E. The landlord of 705 Summit Ave E, Bob Tacher, is receiving money from tenants and neighbors to park in his side yard. He is then telling them they can drive through my property, 711 Summit Ave E, to access the street. I have given him no such permission and he is trespassing.
