Per Online; I live in a unit next to a known hoarder. We are working on legal action to force a cleanup of her unit, but in the meantime she continues to cause significant issues with the rest of the tenants. This evening I noticed water on my kitchen floor. I pulled the fridge out from the wall, turned off the water to the kitchen faucet and the dishwasher, and water continues to seep in.
