Reporting water intrusion through the P4/P5 parking garage slab.On August 5, 2026, during contractor pressure washing of the P4 deck, wash water passed through cracks in the P4/P5 slab and deposited mineral-laden runoff on vehicles parked on P5, including mine in assigned stall 164. Water was still transmitting through the slab on August 6, a full day after the wash ended, and standing water remained on the P4 deck directly abo

Hello,I am at an impasse with my building management over what is allowed under a Construction Addendum in a residential lease and looking for advice.I moved into the North Building at Museum House (707 Terry Ave) on July 12. Construction (supposedly for the installation of balcony dividers) has stretched on for more than three months. The construction often begins early (before the 7 a.m. "construction noise" permitted under the SMC and before the 8am quiet hours contained in my lease

section 1023.5 penetrations Seattle building code . On the north tower the electric circuits for lighting and exits  in hallways are ran from floor to floor using the egress stairwell envelope . this is done on most if not all dwelling  floors .
