For ~1 Year now, we have experienced hot water issues. The frequency of this issue has increased recently. I have documented an exchange about the hot water issue with the property manager, their regional manager, and the CEO regarding the recent issue since Dec 30, 2025. They continue to claim they are getting the issue fixed; however, for over a year, no permanent solution has been found. Prior escalations with the Property Manager - Dec 2, 2025 August 2025 April 2025 March 2025

708 Uptown Management has not been serious about resolving basic needs issues at our building. Since Late February, we have been losing access to hot water now and then - this instance has occurred at least 7 times. They keep giving us a rundown that they have ordered parts this and that, but issues persist and show up again. Our property management 100% is cost cutting because they have had other issues as such before. They cut cost on parts and quality and our hot water system remains faulty
