per online: Home being constructed appears to be greater than the allowed height limit. Property is zoned LR2 and home has a low slope roof with parapet and a stair penthouse extending above parapet. By my quick research, they are allowed the 30' height limit plus an additional 4' for the parapet. ** Is height per permit 6417575?
