This construction had been on going for almost a year and they CONTINUOUSLY begin before 7am in weekdays and 9am on weekends. Today, a Saturday, they are starting at 6:30am. Additionally, our residential street has been a "no parking" zone for the past 8-12 months and recently they added a "24 hour no parking" with NO warning to residents. There are two construction sites across the street from my house and they regularly start LOUD work before 7am. My understanding is that the city ordinance states that construction should not begin until 8am on weekdays.
