Recently signed lease. While sleeping, bedframe broke. Tenant discovered due to being completely covered in mold, compromised wood. Large amount of mold on floor. Management was told, instructed tenants to get dehumidifier and save receipt. Water is actively dripping from vents in apartment. Requesting inspection and tenant rights.
