Neighbor has been building too close to lot line and put in a non-compliant fire pit. Has built a new shed 3.5ft from line. Built-on/attached a tool shed on the side of the home under Northern eave 4ft from lot line. Has rain shed built up to to northern lot line. Also installed a fire pit in the back yard that is within 10ft of combustible materials, such as fencing and decking on ADU.
