PER CSB 24-00220467: Person is occupying the driveway of a recently vacated rental on 47th NE at the southeast corner of the alley between 47th NE and 50th NE and 7th and 8th Avenues NE. He was attracted to the site by the Weed Jesus open drug market every Friday in University Playfield Park. He's also using some property at the back of 4709 8th NE, a rental. He's clearly poor and in poor shape. It's very messy and at times he's not fully clothed. I won't photograph because it's obvious
