Jevons property still hasn't made any efforts to clean up a hazardous broken window glass that is outside of the property onto the common area. It has been that way since 8/6/25.

Upon moving into our apartment, we checked off the move-in checklist, stating that the window in the larger bedroom was cracked. However, management never replaced the window. Now, the window has shattered, and management is demanding that we pay for the damage. We have it noted on the move-in checklist.
