This encampment is across the street from the door parents use to drop off and pick up their children from care. There is a gentleman who yells and throws things at the cars and parents feel unsafe. The non emergency police number has been called. No officers arrived at the site even though they called and said they were in the neighborhood. I waited outside for them for 20 minutes.REFERENCE 00431123CP

The landlord at 714 1st Ave W started construction of a "driveway" yesterday 4/25 at approximately 10am. There was no advance notice given to residents of the building and we are fairly certain there is no permitting for this project. It is taking place on a steep slope at the end of a cul de sac.
