Overgrown weeds and low tree branches n front of this residence (with paper sign on fence as house plate) are obstructing sidewalk and roads. Please have responsible party remove their weeds and prune trees to required minimum 8 feet clearance over walkways and 14 feet clearance over roads. Thank you.
